Monthly reports required opening competitor accounts one by one, checking posts manually, recording metrics, and rebuilding Excel comparisons.
01 / Monthly Competitor Analysis Workflow Case
Manual competitor analysis rebuilt as
SocialSignal Radar is a portfolio case based on a recurring content-ops workflow: every month, competitor analysis meant manually opening Instagram accounts, checking posts, copying links, recording interaction numbers, and building Excel comparison tables by hand. I rebuilt that work into a browser-based flow that collects public post data, creates visual account comparisons, and exports editable HTML and Excel reports.
I turned the repeat work into a Chrome/Edge workflow with project filters, date ranges, keyword filters, rankings, and visual cross-account comparison.
The output is not only Excel: it also becomes an editable HTML report with source links, AI notes, rankings, and strategy summaries.
02 / Demo Output
The proof is the improved workflow output.
This demo shows what the monthly manual Excel process becomes after automation: account comparisons, top content rankings, source links, editable notes, AI-assisted interpretation, and a shareable report.
03 / About Anna
Anna Wang
Overseas social media operations for a tech company, with work spanning content planning, account growth, and social insight reporting. During the operating period, the account grew by 6K followers; one independently planned post reached 17K views.
At a leading education company, I independently owned topic selection, shooting, editing, publishing, and review for selected video projects; the strongest piece performed at around 5x the account average.
I work between audience insight, platform-native storytelling, and practical execution, turning content ideas into assets that can be published, measured, and explained.
